Hamid Momtahan and I have been working on some learning aids for use in our teaching, and have produced a number of videos specifically for our students.
These are for students in our classes, and so are not meant for general viewing or distribution. In order to view them you will need a password. Just ask Henry or Hamid. We ask that you do not share the password.
Many of these videos have already appeared on Hamid’s WhatsApp group. The same conditions apply to all these videos.

Tai Chi and Qigong involve some physical exercise, and students should take medical advice as to the suitability of these exercises for them. Do NOT attempt these exercises on your own if you suffer from any degree of “Dizziness”. If you choose exercise following this material, you accept that you do so at your own risk.
These fall into three main categories:
- Warmup, balance and flexibility
- Aids to getting the feel of tai chi and to practising performing tai chi movements
